If American Made isn’t a good enough reason, secondly we produce the largest variety of sizes for all Harley-Davidson applications to make for an exact fitment and easy installation for upgrades.  We carry the largest size throttle body (62mm) and offer intake ports for every cylinder head application on the market.  We are the only manufacturer in the industry that supplies our units with double roller bearings for a smooth throttle feel, a split shaft for a smoother flow at wide open throttle as well as strength and reliability.  All of our intake manifolds are fully ported and polished for the best finish in the industry.  These standards are what sets us ahead of the rest, and leads to a product that is unmatched in quality, easier to tune, and produces an all-around better running bike. 

Our attention to detail is what makes Horsepower Inc.’s products stand out.  Cast 356 aluminum throttle body surfaces are machined for a clean finish, we hand port our intakes in house, and every part is fully compatible with all OEM factory components.  Our throttle bodies have the OEM bolt pattern and will work with cruise control, our air cleaners retain stock OEM cover size or will work with any center bolt air cleaner cover, and our injectors are a direct drop-in-replacement.
