When it comes to rewards, however, employers tend to instantly think of cash and, although this is an efficient motivational method, there are other ways to use them as productivity boosters.

Make no mistake, money is on the very top of any work-related rewards list – after all, we all work in order to be able to support ourselves. Of course, this way of letting your employee know that they excel at their job is difficult to achieve; you own a business for the exact same reason your employees work – in order to obtain money.
