Custom Flipz gives low income individuals and families the chance to custom design a rental property with the option to buy. They believe if a person feels that they helped create the design they will feel more obligated to better maintain the property. This could in the long run help maintain neighborhoods property value and help less fortunate people feel that to can have "a piece of the American pie."
