Finalist Q&A: Bizflick.com, LLC

Bizflick.com provides a national, searchable venue allowing SMB's to advertise there products and services 24hrs a day with the added attraction of posting a video Commercial (Vmercial) for Free.

How did you come up with the idea for your business, and what, or who, is your main source of motivation?
I am the owner of an IT Consulting company by day but most of all a Serial Entrepreneur in Life, I have recorded some startup success stories coupled with several big flops over my years of business ownership. The light bulb idea for www.Bizflick.com came to life one day after speaking with Clients and hearing them complain “they wanted a new innovative but inexpensive way to show potential customers their products and services” That night while speaking with my wife Ashley, we came up with the Video Business Directory and Bizflick.com was born!
I am motivated by the People I choose to be associated with, each always striving to be the best in all aspects of their life.

What is a unique feature of your business?
One of the many unique features of the Bizflick website is the ability to use Video to show off what a company has to offer (products and services) a Vmercial (video commercial) can also be used as a tool, for example; answering FAQ’s, showoff your Employees, Offices, manufacturing facility, restaurant, etc, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, all this absolutely FREE!

What are your thoughts on the connection between small business and the local community?
If a small business wants to make a positive impact in the world, there must be a connection between the business and the local community in which it exists, even if the company conducts business globally. Since there are small businesses within most communities throughout the country both the citizens of that community and the business itself should strive to work together in some way to better the lives of the people whom live there.
