Real Estate Investing Has Changed… Have You?

The real estate market has been and probably always will be complicated for several reasons such as the role the economy plays in peoples financial life as far as making decisions, job security even relationship status. All of these things have a great impact on how people will spend their money, and when and if they are willing to purchase homes and make other major financial obligations. Sometimes people don’t think or maybe don’t understand the great benefits of being a home owner and how it can have a positive impact on their lives. Being on the either end of a real estate sale it is important to keep these things in mind in order to make the best decisions that will financially benefit everyone.

As we all know the current economy is not in the best shape, however, studies do show that things are improving slowly but surely but because people have been more focused on the negative impact the recession has had that many positive opportunities have gone overlooked or people have been scared to take advantage of them. The fact of the matter is many people have lost their homes due to foreclosure and many more will soon lose their home due to job loss where they can no longer afford their homes. This brings a great change to anyone’s life, including the buyers of these foreclosed homes and the sellers of the soon to be foreclosed homes. This has created a great change in the cost of homes and opened up many doors for people who once thought they would not be able to afford a home. In some areas of the county homes are selling for as little as $7,000 that in previous circumstances would have sold for $ 80 -$100. Seeing this opportunity and understanding the changing needs of individuals and families is exactly the reason why Custom Flipz feels that there is no time like the present to offer the luxuries that some people were already used to and other luxuries that others once thought were out of reach, yet at an affordable price that meets the needs and standards of today.

Since the job market has changed a great deal in the last few years this has created a panic among those people who intended and planned on purchasing home but have second guessed themselves because of the unstable job market, which is a very valid reason, however the cost of homes are so low if possible now would be the time to negotiate the best deal. Whether your intentions are to down grade from your current home and possibly pay cash for a new one or simply looking for an investment that could bring residual income for years to come. Although being a landlord can bring about strenuous tasks it would supplement the uncertainties of the job market. This is a strong and good option because as mentioned above so many people can no longer afford their homes for several reasons and will need to find other places to live, making the renters market growing and more profitable than years before.

Another strong factor that plays a role in making the transition from a renter to a home owner is relationship status. A great factor in many relationships is the financial aspect, especially if there is only one sole provider.   In many situations people depend on another person to pay the bills or have certain financial expectations that are not always able to be met. This often times can create great stress and pressure on a person to be able to meet the needs and expectations of their spouse, but by taking advantage of certain situations that will make things financial easier on one person could have a positive impact on a relationship therefore making a household more stable.

In creating Custom Flipz and speaking from a person who has been in all of the above situations this better gave me a complete understanding of what peoples wants and needs are and how to go about satisfying all without too much compromise. Taking into consideration the doubts and fears people have when it comes to purchasing a new home is all understandable but the key element is to present the right situation to the right person and to understand their needs. Each person has a different financial, job and relationship status but being able to cater to each situation individually is what is important. With keeping this understanding in mind Custom Flipz will be successful in all of its future endeavors we do and always will change with the times and our main focus will always be the people and their needs not to just make money.
