How did you come up with the idea for your business?

I received a call from a friend who wanted me to look up information on a website they forgot while they were driving. 2nd time in my car calling 411, then only getting answering machines not getting the information I needed or outdated phone numbers very frustrating as most of us have experienced.

What makes your business unique? Why do you think it will be a success?

The idea is unique because NO company is doing it! the closest we have is the very limited directory assistance (with outdated information sometimes!) It will be a success because it will very conveniently replace directory assistance, take a big share out of Google and it will also be a success because it it so much easier to talk and ask an expert internet searching human being what you are looking for, than to type on a mini keyboard with limited web access not to mention TIME consuming to search, ultimately voice recognition will be how we communicate with computers though this will have it's limits for a while as well.

What are some of your top business-related accomplishments, or business lessons learned?

This idea is one of my top as far as ideas go, it keeps me up at night thinking of the possibilities. Years ago I worked for a small start up company, had the graduate MBA students collaborate with us to create a magnificent business plan as a way to earn their degree, I learned that human resources and education is one the most important ingredients for success.

Because it is a simple yet very innovative idea...also when it becomes a contender with Google and Microsoft I will have a thank you plaque in the lobby with your name as someone who shared my vision....
