New businesses such as Custom Flipz that have dared to enter the real estate market in times where most people are not able to see the opportunities available we are often faced with negative criticism which can bring doubt to our own beliefs making ideas and goals that were once considered to be original and our own no longer ours but a combination of other thoughts from those people around us. Building positive relationships not only can bring encouragement but can also be examples of what to do in order to keep your business afloat, but those same relationships can also reflect what not to do by learning from their misfortunes. In the last few months Custom Flipz has encountered a world of learning experiences from establishing  important relationships, developing  community beautification programs,  and successfully being chosen to participate in a multitude of  grant contest to watching those same relationships that were once believed to offer a promising outcome disappear with the blink of an eye, the programs designed with community efforts in mind become a one man show and although entry was successful for  contest that did not mean winning them would be. These have been lessons that have proved time and time again not to solely depend on others for your success but to take bits and pieces from each situation and use them for your benefit in the future. With this in mind Custom Flipz has done just that and within the last few weeks we have reevaluated old plans and been successful at executing new ones. Having a better understanding   and a clearer picture of what the future holds for Custom Flipz we will continue to grow and use our surroundings as a guide to achieve our goals in the most effective way possible.
