Important factors that play a role in running a successful business

It’s funny how fast times fly’s when you’re having fun and getting things done! Since winning and receiving the 10^th grant from Idea Café just a few short months ago Custom Flipz has learned many lessons, experiences have been gained, and failures have been overcome by successes.

In any new business, such as Custom Flipz we know that the beginning stages of a new business are filled with many experiences and lessons. Custom Flipz has learned that one of the most important things in being successful when breaking into the mainstream market is having a unique marketing strategy standing apart from others, by offering incentives that other companies similar to yours do not offer or willing to go above and beyond what would be considered “typical” customer service for that industry.  Keeping this in mind these are the strategies that Custom Flipz uses in everyday business practices. As a part of our marketing strategy we offer wonderful incentives such as televisions, maid services, furniture gift cards and much more. We try to accommodate the wants and needs of each individual or family moving into a new home. Also, with understanding that not everyone has the same real estate needs Custom Flipz works with customers on an individual basis offering different programs to suit the needs of the different people. Unlike many other major companies who choose to stick to a structured outline that not all the time meets the needs of certain people.

Marketing is only one of the many things that play a role in having a successful business, another would be dedication. In business often people have a strong idea but they do not have the determination to follow through and often regret the decision in the future. Custom Flipz does not aim to be one of those fly by night companies. In May Custom Flipz entered for a chance to win $50,000 through the Pepsi Refresh Project but unfortunately did not receive enough votes to place in the top ten as needed to win.  As mentioned earlier Custom Flipz has had some failures only to be overcome by successes. Having a goal and being determined to meet that goal Custom Flipz has entered and successfully been chosen again to participate in the contest.  The grant winnings will go toward helping low income families purchase and create their dream home while another portion of the winnings will go toward on the job employee training, where men and women can learn and improve their skill to construct the interior of homes. In gaining the knowledge of what makes marketing unique we will use what we have learned to make this new effort more of a success than the last.

Moving forward this month and every month thereafter Custom Flipz will continue to put forth our best efforts to stay focused and continue to promote and strategize our techniques in order to reach communities in the most effective and efficient manner. We hope to achieve longevity by offering new ways of doing traditional things in the real estate world. Custom Flipz will continue to grow and develop new ideas that will one day put us at the top of our industry.
