How did you come up with the idea for your business?

I have been in the trade for over 15 years and wanted to bring my knowledge along with my honesty into the industry.

What do you love most about running your own business?

Not being like the other companies, not having to sell a customer something they don't need.

What makes your business unique?

We are a small family owned company that treats customers like friends instead of dollar signs and we always do the job right even if it means making less than we wanted to.

What are some of your top business-related accomplishments, or business lessons learned?

When I am on a sales call asking for the sale is more important than the presentation.

Why should the Idea Cafe regulars vote for you?

The money will be used to advertise our effort to make even existing equipment more efficient which will help customers save money on their utility bills and if our customer volume increases from the ads we will hire more employees.
